Thirty-year fixed-rate mortgages are still low
enough for anyone who wants to purchase a home to be
seriously considering doing so, and the Weekend
Warriors, a group of certified, trained inspectors
who work primarily after 5 p.m. weekdays and on
weekends offering top-notch inspections, are ready
to assist.
Whitehaven resident Gabriel Pryor, owner of Pryority
Inspections, started the service to meet the needs
of the growing number of workers who need the
services after hours.
"We
still offer the same professionalism and top-notch
inspections Monday through Friday needed to help
make the home-buying experience successful and
enjoyable for all involved," said Pryor.
All
services include free computer reports,
consultations, attic and crawlspace inspections, and
security systems from area security firms are
available at reduced prices with the purchase of any
inspected property closed.
"Pryority
Inspections feels the need to inform home buyers and
home owners of what is needed to successfully
facilitate the home-buying process or to feel the
fruits of reward from an existing home owned," said
Pryor. "We are planning to hold a series of seminars
and workshops on mold, lead, inspections and related
subjects in the future and are currently setting up
a full home expo that will include information for
real estate, loan officers, appraisers, inspectors,
bankers, buyers and the general public. We want to
help prospective buyers to understand how to
identify, purchase, secure and live well within the
neighborhood of their choice and have speakers
available to talk to neighborhood associations and
other groups in all categories."
