When a home is for sale, a professional home inspection makes a difference to the Seller and Buyer.

  • For Security (Safety)
  • For Protection (comfort)
  • For a Smoother Closing
Inside and Outside | Top to Bottom

A Home Inspection is for your security and peace of mind. Whether you're buying or selling a home, knowing its condition guarantees you a fair and smooth transition/transaction, because you may not know everything about the condition of the roof, siding, trim, attic ventilation, electrical wiring, plumbing, furnaces, and air conditioner, and a great number of OTHER items in the home.

The home inspection is a thorough, in-depth visual examination of the structure and its operating components, performed by trained professionals.

A trained inspector will be at your home for 1 to 2 hours, and you're invited to follow the inspector step by step. We want you to come along and see for yourself. Ask lots of questions. We expect it.

Pryority Inspectors are not alarmist; we simply reflect the condition of the house with our report, which eases the transactions.

When the inspection is over, the inspector will prepare a property inspection report that gives easy-to-read details on:
  • The condition of components from the roof to the basement
  • Major and minor deficiencies,
  • How to remedy minor deficiencies,,
  • What to watch out for, or monitor
Helpful home preservation tips

The inspector will then review the report with you to make sure you understand everything. Our inspection service takes pride in every inspection and are highly trained, knowledgeable, and professional.

Home Inspection is a wise decision whether you're buying, selling or simply preserving the value of your home.
